Optimist Prime, as envisioned by Ann-ELizabeth Shapera
Listen to Optimist Prime
(a.k.a Fred, the GeisWood.com Answering Machine!) as he orates for you and Optimist Theatre in Milwaukee

Optimist Prime, as envision'd by Jane the Phoole (Ann-Elizabeth Shapera).

Does Fred amuse? Visit www.geiswood.com and listen to two very entertaining, earlier recordings by this robotic voice-over artist.

The text recorded by my robot Fred, the GeisWood.com Answering Machine - acting as a robot called Optimist Prime - was written by Sandy Wood, with input from Stephen Geis. The idea of a robot called "Optimist Prime" as a mascot for Optimist Theatre in Milwaukee is Ann-Elizabeth Shapera's (aka Jane the Phoole.) The lines of Shakespeare were suggested by Neil Haven and Ron Scot Fry via Facebook. The recording of Fred, now acting (for your pleasure) as Optimist Prime, was made February 1, 2011. As always, Fred is a text-to-speech voice from Apple Inc. and he cannot do more than speak that which he is given to read.
